Returns & Exchanges Made Easy
Our exchange policy is designed to be simple, fair and easy to understand. Being moms ourselves we created our exchange policy based on what we would want as a customer. Please read our simple policies on returns & exchanges.
- We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days on most items. (items not covered are listed below)
- When you receive your order we recommend you keep all of the original product packaging just incase you decide you want to exchange or return that item.
- Should you wish to exchange or return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receiving delivery of the item to inform us you wish to return or exchange a product/s.
- Exchanges - Please ensure the item is shipped back to us within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the shipment cost of returning the item to us. (if you have received the wrong product, damaged or faulty item Baby Outlet will cover all the courier costs including return shipping cost and re-delivery of the new item/replacement).
- Returns/Refunds - Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the item to be returned and inspected by one of the Baby Outlet moms. The original product packaging must be returned and the products must be returned in good condition. Refunds are issued as Baby Outlet credit to your store account.
- The following items can NOT be exchanged, refunded or returned for hygienic and safety reasons unless the item has a defect or Baby Outlet has sent you the wrong item by mistake: Any feeding bottle, any nipple product, teethers, pacifiers and training cups.
