Q. How do i order on babyoutlet.ph ?

A. Shopping at Baby Outlet Philippines is quick & easy. Simply select an item you want to purchase, then click the blue button 'Add to cart'.

Then you can continue shopping or you can simply click the shopping cart in the top right of the page. Follow the instructions on the screen until you have completed your order. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need help please email us at [email protected]

 

Q. How do i contact you?

A. You can contact us several ways. You may email [email protected] or click 'contact us' in the top right of the screen. 

 

Q. How do i check my order status?

A. Simply login in to your account by clicking the 'login' button at the top of the page, you will then be able to view your orders and the status.

 

Q. How do I track my order?

A. You can click the tracking link in your dispatch notification email or simply email us at [email protected], please allow 4-5 working days for delivery, if you have not received your order after time kindly email us and we will follow up with the courier the location of your package, we guarantee delivery of all orders so do not worry, your order is always 100% safe with us. 

 

Q. How can i pay for my order?  

A. Baby Outlet accepts credit cards & bank cards on our online checkout page. We accept....

  • Bank payment
  • Paypal
  • Credit/Debit card (choose paypal in the checkout. No paypal account required)
  • Cash On Delivery - You simply pay the courier/delivery man cash upon delivery of the products. 

 

Q. How quickly will my order be processed?

A. For Metro Manila & Cebu City orders usually arrive within 1-4 working days and for other provisional orders delivery time is usually 1-5 working days.  All orders come with FREE insurance and guaranteed delivery so if you have not received your order in this time frame do not worry, just drop us an email [email protected] and one of the Baby Outlet moms will have the issue fixed asap.

 

Q. Can i order on the phone?

A. Unfortunately we do not accept orders over the phone, products have many different sizes, colors, versions and this can cause confusion or difficulty when ordering over the phone so we ask all customers to please always complete their order on the website.

 

Q. I could not complete the checkout process, what should i do?
