Confirm Your Bank Payment 

Once you have completed bank payment simply click the 'contact us' button in the top right of the screen or click here, in the 'contact us' page select 'Payment Sent' as the message subject heading, please include in your message the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Bank name
• Exact peso amount.
• Order number (this is NOT required, but if you can easily find the number please include it)

Please note: we send several automated notification emails to you during the order process, one when you first order, another one when the payment is confirmed by our team and a final email when your package leaves our warehouse. If you have not received any emails from us please check your 'junk' folder in your email account and mark our emails as 'not junk' or simply move them to your inbox.
