Provincial:1-5 working days.

Track your order:

Once you have completed payment you will receive a 'Disptched Notification' email from us with within 1-2 working days, this means your package is now on it's way to you. Please check your 'Dispatched Notification' email to locate your tracking number.

Not received your order yet?

If you have not received your order after 4 working days for Metro Manila or 5 working days for provincial addresses simply click on 'contact us' in the top right of the screen, choose subject heading 'Tracking Request' so we can follow up with the courier. REMEMBER, We guarantee delivery of all orders so if you have not yet received your order in the above time frame do not worry, our Baby Outlet moms will have the situation fixed asap.
